I am not an Apple fanboy.  I have not had a decade long love affair with their revolutionary design or clean and simple repackaging of technology to make it user friendly.   Healthy respect perhaps, but never a fan boy and it has actually been years and years since I owned an Apple Product.  With that said, I just got an iPhone.  I was with T Mobile, which had decent service, but a horrible selection of PDAs and Smart Phones.  I trust that a proprietary PDA like the TMobile Wing will have a support life of maybe a year.  So when the opportunity came to get an iPhone, I jumped.  I needed one, I needed the convenience, and I will tell you, I was absolutely amazed at the experience.

Setup in literally minutes.  I have gone in to sign up for cell plans before, and waited in line and then dealt with less than helpful employees - I think the last time we signed Elichia up it took more than an hour.  I had my iPhone ready to go, OVER THE INTERNET, in just under 15 minutes.  Nothing, nadda, no time.  The interface is incredible, the technology is great, and it is an amazing product.  The one, well documented drawback, can't get to my exchange email - but other than that - and incredible phone.
